Free Online Psychology Courses For Everybody no need to Register

MIT OpenCourseware offers a wide selection of courses in the brain and cognitive sciences, all of which can be completed online via self-study and do not require registration. If you enjoy learning at your own pace, then don't miss out on this excellent opportunity.

I have a quick question about this.

Are these courses based on old literature for actual MIT courses? What I mean is that the dates are like fall 2004 and such so does that mean that they ran as actual courses then and have been released to the public now that they are slightly out of date? :P

Been following this for a while. The courses obviously have a few years on their backs, but highly recommended - it's great to see (proper) psychoeducation becoming more available, maybe those self-help book writers will get it.
