What do you think about someone who just sits there blank in the face of a camera?
This inquiry comes from my observation of the way people appear in photographs.
Some smile. Some grin. Some make a goofy face. but some just sit there blank.
From one of my observations: This person knows that it is a picture-taking time. With his wife and young son. His wife smiles widely, but her son is blank as well as his father.
My hypothesis is that someone who smiles in photographs is excited for what is to come and for the moment- the sake of the photo, may it be a celebration or for the fun of it.
But when I think of someone who remains blank, I receive a wall. This is indeed communicating something that requires more than a blank face to solve.
What do you think my friends? What could he be thinking or communicating?
