Telepathy is the ability to communicate via our mind with another person via their mind.  And this exercise is design to help you get started. The exercise is called the telepathic opening exercise and it is the start in our telepathic journey.

Find someone (preferably one who is spiritually and emotionally close to you) who wishes to develop their mental telepathic powers as well. Agree on a certain time of the day in which one will be the sender, and the other a receiver. Then do the reverse at another time of the day. For example, at 12 noon person "A" sends and "B" receives, and at 6 pm person "B" sends and "A" receives. Now each day, no matter WHERE each of you are, open your minds to communicate with each other at these times. Remember, in global communication the spiritual and subconscious parts of you take an active role. These levels of existence communicate visually, usually with pictures. Therefore, do not try to send thoughts or emotions in the form of words, which usually associated with sight telepathy.

It may be to start with a picture or image may be too complicated to send. If difficulties seem to be the case in your experiments, trying sending and receiving a just a single color at first. For example, at the beginning of the week each chooses a color (without telling the other) to send, see then if the other "sees" it. After these become easy and common to communicate, move up to more complicated images.

Funny story.  This past weekend (24th May) I turned 26 and my buddy came to town with his family to celebrate my birthday.  We decided that camping was a good idea.  Being Memorial Day weekend (in the U.S.) all of the campgrounds were full to the hilt, save one.  So we get to this place and I will have to agree with my friend's description of "backyard camping."  Anyways, later that night my friend and I were out drinking beers around the campfire, his family being asleep in the tent, and these two girls come up to us.  They were obviously drunk as were we and they offered us some Xanax.  My friend and I refused, but asked if the girl's would like us to come hang out with them anyways.  They agreed and we went to their site.  Now, if anyone knows about mixing Xanax with alcohol, it is VERY inebriating and causes the loss of memory encoding facilities.  Needless to say, these girls were easier than "Love Me Do" on bass guitar.  So, less than ten minutes after arriving at their campsite, these girls were showing me and my friend their "hospitality."  Now, do not think less of me because I chose a blowjob over sex.  My philosophy is that the mouths are probably cleaner.  I digress...

it is actually true. i have done a bit of sexual health training in my time. the mouth is less likely to transmit or carry infection. the saliva in the mouth kills a lot of the virus and bacteria etc that transmit and sustain infections. from what i remember, this might not be true so do not take my word as gospel, but i seem to remmber that even HIV cannot be transmitted via oral sex.

 if i am not mistaken, AIDS can be transmitted through oral sex if one or both has blood wounds in the mouth...the chances are really very small. But, the possibility is there...
