What do you think would be future inventions?

In terms of technology, netbooks are here. The mobile industry is improving theirs. Then, there is a saying the internet is going to be saturated or something in a few years. What do you envisage the future would be in terms of technology or new inventions?

Necessity is the mother of invention....

i think that to generate pure drinking water out of sea, oceans or other water bodies is going to be a necessity, and hence the ways to do the same, invention!

My guess is a sustainable energy source.  LHC maybe?
