vocab help

hi,

okay I need a little help figuring out the term for the skill, or set of skills, that manages ones ability to move on or get over traumatic experiences. if anyone knows the word I'm trying to think of please tell me, I'm tortured.

no, that is definitely close though. in a sentence it would be used like this, "he was able to get over the accident because of his good powers of ********."

this word is killing me, it's still right on the tip of my tongue!!
