Cheater

Just found out my life went ahead
I'm not watching it anyway
All full of pride
Back to the sky
I slam into her steamin' pie
I can get off in a minute or two
I know that's quicker than she can do
But I can't wait
Gotta end the date
So I can go and sneak home late

Flippin' channels on T.V.
My girlfriend asleep here next to me
She won't arise
Tried fifty times
She's out, I'll have to take a drive
Happy Hour in a minute or two
Let's go and see what I can do
First get the name
Then play the game
It really is all just the same

Fantasy cannot sustain you in the real world,
But it can fill in the gaps and find some bridges.
