Optical illusion! you got to see this one!

This is a straight picture, no animation, digital trickery or magic.
But how in the hell is it moving? when you look at one part the rest of the picture moves and when you look at the moving part it stops moving. Weird!! When you concentrate on the red protrusions around the edge the whole image stays still. Any idea how this works? What is going on?

Wow, that's interesting!

I have no idea what's going on there, but I'd be interested in an explanation if anyone here has it.

Hey that was really fun. I do not know how that works but I have seen it many times before.
