Corrupt a Wish

[Yonder]

In this game, make a wish, and the next poster corrupts it somehow before making his or her own.

For example:

1st poster:  I wish I was a millionaire.

2nd poster:  Granted, but you gained your wealth through loansharks, and now they're after you to pay up.  I wish I had a bicycle.

And so on.

So, to start:  I wish I didn't have as many research papers due.
