Dr. Israel Regardie wrote a book called "The Lazy Man's Guide To Relaxation."  Anyone who hasn't read this should.  I am not one for endorsement, but I truly feel that this book could help every person who reads it.

Thanks for the link. I glimpsed through the book. It is seems to be a good book but it does not suit my taste(the exercises part!).

Yeah, the exercise part is... uh... not that good.  I agree 100%.  The whole book is worth the one or two pages in which Dr. Regardie describes how much tension that we have in our bodies without realizing it and then hints at how to remedy said tension.

I have one called "How to Edit Yourself". It teaches you how to communicate more clearly in print. That's very useful here as it's unlikely we'll have other forms of communication available to us. That's a shame!
