A new vision on the psyche and her problemsI see the psyche as a direct exponent of the source of life and it is for that reason impossible to discover what it is and how it functions using science.
This is because you can not perceive the perceiving as perceiver while you perceive.
The brain is just a tool, the psyche is more then the building blocks and chemical processes in the brain, and that is also proven by the following man that has an IQ of 126, a university degree and a healthy psychological life with just 5% of his brain:
http://www.nature.com/news/2007/070716/full/news070716-15.htmlI think it is very important to first understand the source of life to be able to understand the psyche.
When you think about it really well, you will be able to understand that you simply can not discover the source of life as being life. You can not look at the looking while you are looking.
No matter what we can see, if we can see it, we will need to ask the question why. We can not get past that theoretically. And I do think this is important to recognize and understand, as the psyche is the exponent of the source of life. It is not just the sum of its building materials and biochemical processes. There is a will to improve that will make the man mentioned previously to be able to perform very well in life with just 5% of his brain.
An I believe it is very important to recognize and understand this, because the psyche is an exponent of all of this. The psyche is more then we can possibly perceive.
Psychiatrists see difrence in brain activity in patiënts, however, they have no clue why those activities are there. And that is the main problem, and I know that they will never be able to know it so psychiatry will eventually become a stupid mistake from the past.
When psychiatrists tell a person that he is sick, then it is an assumption without any proof. They claim that they see difrence in brain activity, and that they 'think' that the brain functionalities derive from solid brain structures.
But do they know what causes these processes? Do they know why we live?
This study also proofs that their hypothesis is wrong:
http://www.physorg.com/news139028746.htmlI think psychiatrists are disadvantaging people by learning them they are ill, and by looking at them as ill people.
It is a perception on reality, it is not
the reality. There is no evidence to support their claims that someone is ill. Illness is a disorder of organs, and there is no proof for that so let's put that upfront, it is a hypothesis.
Looking at problems in a difrent wayJust being very well mentally is a nice goal to have, however, you can compare it with stressing to get to sleep that will keep you awake. It may be best for the patiënt to change the perception on his or her personal fight, and to understand what the essence is of it all. From the base they are just an as natural being as any other living organism on this planet. There is a will to live, and when you understand that the purpose of the psyche just is to serve the purpose 'to improve', the will to live. Then you can understand that the power to achieve what you need is present in each and everyone of us.
It is important to keep a goal for your eyes. When you have a goal it is unimportant if you have pain or dificulties in life. A topsport professional has simular problems as anyone of us but has a difrent goal. And we will see that when we are on the right track that we eventually are able to understand how valuable the problems have been for us to come to the 'needed' changes.
I believe psychiatrists are unable to understand this because they lack the necessary talent, and farmaceutical companies benefit from these shortcommings and thus attract them (with lots of money) to become psychiatrist to be richly rewarded for their weakness because they can not do better then pills. (this is my theory for why it is as it is in psychiatry)
But anyway: some day we will have to come to the understanding that the psyche is more then the sum of the buildingblocks of the brain and psychiatry will then become a product of childhood diseases of a developing society.
People become more and more intelligent and can communicate better with each other. The politic does not have to be afraid anymore of an uprising of farmers.
As we will develop further the social aspect of psychiatry will no longer be useful and the scientific aspect will disapear into nothing.
We have neurologists for knowledge of the brain, and for mental problems you need a psychotherapist.
The psyche can be seen as the highest developed form of the source of life. The source of life can not be measured as being life. So everything that can be seen in de brain does not come from biologically explainable processes, but from the 'soul'.
And I think that you can find an answer to any question with this knowledge and really make people better and help improve their performance.
What is the source of life?It is something that you need to 'understand', because my theory sais that it is impossible to perceive it.
To understand it you can perform the following think test: try to imagine that you will find the answer to any of your questions, and try to discover the source of life in your mind.
When we come to natural selection (Darwin), ask yourself: what makes this selection select? And imagine you find the answer and ask yourself again what the source is of what you have discovered. Try to get as far as you can and step back from it and behold your own quest so that you can understand that you can impossibly perceive the perceiving as perceiver. This is because the sight comes from the source of life.
That said and taken back onto the psyche, you will be able to understand that the will to live and to improve is reflected in our psyche. The psyche is a direct exponent of all of that. And that is why you will never be able to discover why people are who they are, or have the problems they have, by studying the brain. Behaviour does therefor not come from solid brain structures, chemical imbalances or processes in the brain, it comes from the source of life. The perceived processes are a consequence, not the cause.
