THE "CAUSE" OF DEPRESSION

Perhaps it would be helpful for those interested in the topic of Psychology to discover what the cause of depression is?

Let us preface this by reminding the reader that this "causal" is drawn from a knowledge of Psychology [ which means the operations of the Esoteric dimensions of the Whole Human Being].

Depression is a conflict between two opposing emotional energies, neither of which a person can accept [at the level of intensity which is currently being repressed within the persons MIND].  Usually these are rage and grief.  Rage being found on the Yang energy side of the lower MIND, and grief being found on the Yin energy side of the lower MIND.  Depression, or the psychological conflict we label "Depression", is an inability of a person to accept the intensity of either rage, or grief that needs to be acknowledged, to release the energy being generated within that person's MIND.  The depression is a state of homeostasis or a balancing of the person as both emotions are repressed within the persons MIND by the persons MIND  because the person is unable to accept either emotion at the level of intensity required to release it from repression.  In other words, the person fears the emotion at the level it must be acknowledged for release.

A short session with a competent therapist [one who is not himself fearful of the same intensity of emotion] would eliminate the Depression permanently.

Alas, where does one find a competent therapist today?

Use of drugs merely cause an interference between the persons MIND and brain.
