NHS counselling

The NHS Counselling services are provided through Primary Care Trusts.

It can be difficult to get to see an NHS primary care counsellor due to waiting lists.

The ammount of people needing counselling from the NHS exceeds the NHS ability to provide the service. Should I consider using private counselling and pay for it myself?
