A Therapist Recommended....

I was talking with a therapist one day and I was the "patient".
Some of her recommendations included
Eat a turkey sandwich and absorb some Triptophan
Grab a empty pop carton and shred it to pieces
Take a long hot bath

I was not very THRILLED with the advice I received.  This came from one of the workers active with Comprehensive Care centers in USA.

I remember that week I was having, I really should have been tranqulized.

I would recommend you to go back to the same therapist..This time i am sure, she will leave no stones unturned and remove all your worries...this time she will create such a thing for you that you will be scared to become depressed or anything, as you will have the fear of finding another one like her.... lol...

Yes, I did RUN FAST away from her!    Does she think breaking my nails by ripping up cardboard boxes is going to make me feel better?  Does she know that I had food poisoning from a turkey sandwich back in 1990?  No!

I don't like doctors and therapist but for some reasons you have visit them.... but the treatment is some times becomes hard to complete.

Wow thats the worst advice I have ever heard dont listen to her get away while you can shes stealing your money!!!!!

If you haven't told  her , for sure she didn't know ,she's not any guesser .
But the advise of taking a long bath was good , recognize it )))
Anyway, what for did you seek her services ? Were you stressed ?
